Weekly reflection Term 4 week 1

Ramere 19 Whiringa-a-nuku

Tena koutou Everyone,

This week we have been learning to write persuasive arguments.
Here is my example...

This has been the best week because...

We did a little practice speech/persuasive argument, That Kwyn and I have been working on and we presented to the class yesterday. We did apples, because we had to do it about either a fruit or vegetable.

We have also been doing athletics training because our athletics is coming up next Tuesday. I really liked to high jump because we got up to 1m high. But I did trial for the relay team but unfortunately I didn't make it.

We also met a author called Renata hopkins who writes picture book and school journal's for our school. And sister eleanor came to talk to us about Charism.

And that's why this has been the best week ever.

Weeky weflection

Ramere 21 Mahuru

Kia ora,

This week wasn't that busy for me because I wasn't here on Monday or Tuesday because I was sick. Apart from that it was good. On Thursday we practised for athletics and I did really well in high jump, high jumps my favourite part of it.

In writing were doing 20 min writing and I'm writing about people on a island who are made out of money.

What went well for me this week is doing high jump I got up really high and my maths has been going well, as we have been learning about statistics.

What could've gone better is my reading I only have nearly done 2 activities normally I would have been doing 3.

And that's all for this week.

weekly reflection

                                   Ramere 14 Mahuru

Morena,

This week has been busy as we have started statistics like stem and leaf graphs, data graphs, mean, median, mode, range and strip graphs. I think statistics are really easy. And it has been a really sunny week because it's starting to get into summer.

This week was the last week of badminton so that was sad but badminton is really fun.
I wonder if we are going to keep doing statistics after this term.

I learnt a lot of stuff this week. I learnt a lot about statistics. And I have learnt how to play badminton, for reading I have learnt how to do a book review and other stuff.

And that's all for this week.

Weekly reflection week 4 term 3

Friday 17 Augast

Hi Everyone,

This week has been a busy week, as we have been learning about What came before 'in the olden days.
And doing other stuff like problem solving for maths. Practicing for Cantermaths.

On Wednesday the teachers went on strike so we weren't at school.

This week I enjoyed doing ukuleles because,  I have learnt three chords C- major A- minor and F I am still learning how to do G.

And I like doing maths because I like problem solving.

Other than that, this week was really fun.

week 3 reflection

Friday 10th August

Good morning everyone,

This week I have been learning about "What came before". Which is like what came before entertainment in the olden days. For our inquiry I've been taking notes about uniforms in the olden days. In my RE I have been learning about the seven sacraments (God's love in disguise)

This week I enjoyed doing my writing, as we are making information reports about Ferrymead. And I love doing inquiry.

What I'm excited about is to learn about more of playing a ukulele and how to use it.
